In case you haven’t noticed - I have an obsession. It’s quite obvious and now that I look back at my past few posts, it sticks out even more. Can you guess the outfit combo I can’t get enough of? I’ll give you a hint - I featured it a few times over the past couple weeks on my Instagram (see here, here and here!)
BLUE JEANS/PANTS + A WHITE TOP. There you have it folks - the most basic of combos has become my very favorite and most-worn look. But maybe, just maybe it’s not basic. Maybe it’s more along the lines of - say - CLASSIC?
The thing is - I can’t stay away from it. Nor do I want to! If you take a peek at my Photo Inspiration board on Pinterest, I suppose you can’t be too surprised at why I love these tones together. Maybe it’s the contrast of the white against the blue, or maybe it’s something that never really feels out of style - thus making it easier to invest in a great pair of jeans and the perfect white blouse. It’s truly become my uniform as of late.
My jeans are made by Re/Done, an ethically focused company in LA that takes old, vintage Levis, cuts them up, and creates a silhouette for the modern woman. The cropped style has me reaching for them WAY too often and I’m thinking of investing into a second pair without the rips.
I dressed up the look with this flowy blouse from Noa Elle and my new Hush Puppies lace-up sandals! Because these pants show off my ankle, I knew these block-heel shoes would be the perfect match.
