I have this thing for navy blue dresses. It’s like an addiction I can’t stop. I see one and my heart starts to go wild, and credit cards magically fly out of my wallet in order to make the yearning stop.

Case and point - I’ve worn three different navy dresses here, here and here.

Of course, that didn’t stop me from snagging this gorgeous navy Vincetta kimono from Take 5 Boutique before our trip to Florida. I wasn’t the only one who loved it.

To quote my grandfather, upon seeing it for the first time, - “NOW THAT IS A DRESS!” (Yes he really said that and yes, it was his favorite dress I’ve ever worn.)

While I could have easily dressed this beauty up with heeled sandals, I kept it more casual with a pair of suede flats (a favorite recent purchase from M.Gemi) and my Cuyana straw fedora.
